Unibooks has one iPod Nano pack (consisting of a 4gb iPod Nano and a Sports Arm Band) to give away at each of our stores, we also have four iPod Touches to for the best entries in the competition.

To enter; you need to tell us (in 25 words or less) what Application you would like to see on the iPhone or iPod Touch to help you at Uni. It could be a dictionary, a list of terms for your particular subject, access to textbook lists, or even a locator for the nearest pub! Check out the App Store in the iTunes store for inspiration - although we're not sure the iPint app will actually help you at uni! Entry forms are available at the enquiries counters at each of our stores.

The four best entries will receive a 16gb iPod Touch and one entry from each of our eight stores will receive an iPod Nano pack.

The competition closes on August 31 2008 so make sure you get your entry in soon.

Competition Terms and Conditions

These general competition rules apply to all Unibooks competitions, including online, instore and inprint promotions.
1: Only one entry is permitted per person.
2: Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
3: All prizes are accepted 'as is' and entirely at the risk of the winner. Unibooks excludes all warranties both implied and expressed in connection to the prize as permitted by law.
4: Unibooks, its agencies, affiliates and suppliers, are not responsible for defective prizes or misuse of any prize or for any claims, liability, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any competition run by Unibooks.
5: If a specified prize becomes unavailable through any circumstances Unibooks reserves the right to substitute said prize for a prize of equal value.
6: Winners are responsible for any taxes or incurred costs as a result of the prized being awarded.
7: All entries are submitted entirely at the risk of the entrant.
8: Unibooks may (as far as privacy legislation allows) incorporate information from entrants in any competition into any database used in connection to Unibooks business.
9: Unibooks reserves the right to terminate any contest at any time. In the event of such a termination Unibooks may, at it's discretion, elect not to award any prize in respect of the terminated contest.
10: All prizes must be collected within three (3) months of the date of notification. After that date all prizes will be dealt with as per legislative requirements. It is the sole responsibility of the competition winner to collect their prize.
11: All contests release from, and indemnify University Books Pty Ltd (trading as Unibooks) against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in any contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
12: Unibooks may publicise, print, display online or otherwise disclose a competition winner's name, and location (in accordance with privacy legislation). Unibooks may promote or advertise that a winner has won a contest.
13: Unibooks reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that Unibooks decides has broken any of these terms and conditions or the rules of the competition itself.
14: If the prize awarded is a Unibooks Gift Voucher normal Unibooks gift voucher conditions apply and the voucher is not redeemable for cash.
15: These General competition rules may be changed or amended by Unibooks at any time and without notice.
16: All winners will be chosen in a fair and equitable manner and Unibooks decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries will be judged on merit and chance plays no part in determining the outcome of this contest.
