In order to cover handling costs, an items minimum weight is classed as 1kg.

This is a priority service using TollFast Couriers. We cannot deliver via courier to post office boxes. If you only have a post office box available please contact us to arrange another method of delivery, usually Australia Post Express Post.

In most cases your books will weigh less than three kilograms.

Delivery times vary based on several factors including your destination address, where the titles are prior to assembly, and whether you have requested that we deliver your books as they become available or to consolidate your order into one despatch. In most cases your book will be despatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days.

If you are located outside Australia your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility and Unibooks cannot be held responsible for any delays in orders because of such fees and import duties.

Please note: If you are ordering from outside Australia, please do not use our online ordering system. Please e-mail unibooks at open@unibooks.com.au with your required textbooks and delivery address and we will reply promptly with a quotation including shipping.

If you wish to return a book you ordered via mail order please contact the Unibooks mail order department on 08 8223 4366 or mailord@unibooks.com.au to arrange the return. All returns must be authorised within 14 days of receipt of your package.
