Books must be returned within ten (10) working days of purchase, with the original receipt, and must be in 'mint' condition. Once opened software cannot be returned. If you believe that there is something wrong with your software please contact the relevant manufacturer.

Apple products including hardware, software, iPods, and accessories cannot be returned once purchased. If you believe there is a fault with your Apple product please contact Apple directly on 133MAC.

Books containing CD-ROMS or discs, packages with online access cards, and packages originally wrapped in shrinkwrapped plastic cannot be returned once the seals on them have been broken.

Prices displayed on this website show a discount of 10%. This discount (although displayed) does not apply to Apple software and hardware (including iPods and accessories) software, and medical equipment.

Unibooks endevours to provide our customers with the best possible price. If you find a cheaper price we will match it under the following conditions.
