Your receipt is a tax invoice, therefore we cannot accept any returns without it. Books must be returned within ten (10) working days of purchase, with the original receipt, and must be in 'mint' condition. These conditions in no way affect your statutory rights to refunds - a copy of these refund rights can be found at Once opened software cannot be returned. If you believe that there is something wrong with your software please contact the relevant manufacturer. Apple products including hardware, software, iPods, and accessories cannot be returned once purchased. If you believe there is a fault with your Apple product please contact Apple directly on 133MAC. Books containing CD-ROMS or discs, packages with online access cards, and packages originally wrapped in shrinkwrapped plastic cannot be returned once the seals on them have been broken.
