These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to the Unibooks website located at www.unibooks.com.au and all associated links to www.unibooks.com.au. This site is the property of University Books Pty Ltd (trading as Unibooks).

Definitions:

We, Our refers to Unibooks

You, Your refers to you the purchaser

Goods or Products means the items offered for sale, described and displayed on the Website

Business Days means a week day on which trading banks are open for the transaction of banking business in Australia

BY USING THIS SITE YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

The sole obligation of Unibooks arising from any order you place shall be to use its best endeavours to provide the book or publication which you order and to do so within a reasonable period of time. In no event shall Unibooks be liable for any other claims or damages arising from the loss of or use of any book or books so ordered or purchased

In proceeding to order any product you acknowledge that Unibooks does not make any representation or warranty regarding the books or any matter which is or might be relevant to you ordering the same other than representations and warranties clearly expressed on this website.

Unibooks will always do our best to have your book in stock when you need it but product availability may be affected by publisher supplies and cannot be guaranteed. Although our website indicates whether a book in stock or not this does not guarantee that a copy will be available to fill your order. If your book does go on to backorder we will let you know. It usually takes approximately 14 days for any back ordered titles to arrive in our warehouse.

Unibooks will always aim for the best possible prices for our customers. Unfortunately prices from suppliers do change without notice and we cannot be held responsible for any unforseen changes in product pricing. The prices displayed on our website are based on the selling price of the title when the most recent shipment of that title arrived. While we attempt to maintain the correct selling price for the titles on our site, there will be titles that we have not received shipments of for some time and so the price may now be out of date

Prices displayed on this website are for online purchases only. Prices in store may vary

All Prices are in Australian Dollars. Where a title is shipped from Australia its price (including any applicable delivery and order charge) is inclusive of Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Where a title is shipped from outside Australia its price (including any applicable delivery and order charge) is exclusive of Australian GST.

Medical equipment cannot be sold via this site

Computer software and accessories cannot be sold via this site

International orders are able to be placed directly and securely online, books prices and shipping prices are available. Once you have created an account and entered your shipping details onto your order you will be provided with shipping costs.

Unibooks uses Toll Priority Global for our International orders.

Shipping information:

Orders in stock take 24 - 48hrs to dispatch

Domestic shipping time 1 - 3 Business days

International shipping time 3 - 15 business days

International orders are exclusive of Australia's Goods and Services Tax.

In respect of any International Order certain Taxes may be levied by:

The destination country to which your Goods will be delivered. As the importer of the Goods, you agree that you are liable to pay such Taxes or Duty with respect tp the goods to the relevant authority if required, these are in addition to your payment to us for the goods. It is your responsibility to determine whether any such such Taxes or Duty apply in your destination country for delivery. You agree that Unibooks is not liable to you with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you incur as a result of your obligation to pay Taxes or Duty in a particular jurisdiction.

All text, graphics, user interfaces visual interfaces, trademarks, logos, artwork and computer code including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, and arrangement of such content is controlled or owned by Unibooks and is protected by trademark, copyright and various other intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

1: Use the information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes and do not copy or post such information in print, online or any other distribution method.
